Introduction.
I am a highly skilled information technology software developer with over 4 years of experience in help desk, ticketing, test automation, cloud, penetration testing, and web development. Responsible for maintenance and integration of codebase with Open Traffic Generator (OTG) in layer 2 using Python, SwaggerUI, and FastAPI/OpenAPI
What did I do
- Configured and customized the Raspberry Pi traffic generator to meet specific testing requirements
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools, through Gitlab CI/CD
- Used WireShark for PCAP analysis and automation
- Participated in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure project success in the Agile environment

Intern Telecom Help Desk Project Officer (Returning Intern)

Description
Worked in this position for the summers of 2018 and 2019 to help facilitate the initial rollout of Mobile Device Management (MDM) program.
What did I do
- Managed the rollout and evergreening of the government's MDM program for over 800 Apple and Android devices to ensure compliance with relevant mobile device regulations.
- Handled the implementation and usage of different security software and features from Sophos, Samsung Knox, Apple MDM
- Oversaw the handling and retrieval of all previous mobile devices that the government needed to retire and dispose. Almost 1000 mobile devices have been retrieved, documented, and managed.
- Installed and troubleshooted issues regarding VoIP landlines for the entirety of the Yellowknife region.
- Primary point of contact support technician for all mobile device related problems and issue.
- Worked with security and IT operations to develop documentation and write-ups for explaining high-level IT concepts and troubleshooting guidance.
